shield and pole arm help

Hi all, i want to use a shield and a pole arm, question is, do i put the wpf in 1h or polearm??

Put your points into polearms.  Although, if you want to use a 1h weapon too, then try to balance them out.

Because spears are relatively slow when used with a shield, you see more bang for your buck in terms of speed increase by putting your wpf in polearm. 100ish wpf in 1h is more than enough if you have a fast weapon, and doesn't cost many wpf points if you have maxed Weapon Master.
