He obviously doesn't care about the rules or his team, as his ban history indicates.

This is your 9th ban Bootie. That makes it 7 for 9 caused by intentional team killing and team wounding. It's been over two months since your last ban and I was hoping you wouldn't go off and do something like this again, sadly I was wrong. I've set the duration of this ban at 4 days, and it will be your last normal ban for team killing/wounding, the next will be much, much longer and any appeals will have to come in essay form.
