Suggestion_Cape,Cloak(Special Item)

i'd like to use cloak..

but only a few clothes have Cape(Archon, Katafraktoi)

and my suggestion is

what about getting Cape,Cloak when i retire and instead 1 heirloom point i can get Cape,Cloak

*Heraldic Cape,Cloak, Red Cape,Cloak, Blue Cape,Cloak, Green Cape,Cloak

and in game it's treated as just cloth .. no more functions..
