The Riddle-Masters Katana (FLAME KATANA FTW)

   It was a clear, sunny day. AppleSauce went about testing his mettle with fellow swordsman. Nothing seemed too out of the ordinary. As AppleSauce continued his fighting an odd looking fellow by the name of Flame_Apsod appeared out of what seemed to be nowhere. Nothing too out of the ordinary.....except for what this man held in his hand.......

   It glowed with such brightness, it instantly reminded AppleSauce of the sun. Right from the moment he saw it....he yearned for it....he needed it....
This mysterious Apsod character offered a challenge, a bit of a riddle, if you will. He told AppleSauce and the other swordsman, he would let any of us use this gloriously bright piece of weaponry if we could describe his face in one word, one word that pleased him. The surrounding swordsman went about guessing almost immediately without putting much thought into their words. Apsod told them they only had one guess, and thus AppleSauce decided instead to think long and hard....to ponder this man's face and come up with the perfect word.

   After a few minutes AppleSauce had it! The perfect word to describe this man's face. He nervously muttered his chosen word....."Suspicious." Apsod looked upon AppleSauce, seeming to analyze the word he had just spoken. After what seemed like hours, he simply dropped his glorious sword in front of AppleSauce, not uttering a word.

   This sword.....it was truly something monumental. It shined so bright....nearly blinding anyone who looked directly at it. It was perfectly edged, sharp enough to cut just about anything, and curved just enough to make it aerodynamic. It's speed was unbelievable, AppleSauce nearly salivated at the thought of the hilt-slashing possibilities this weapon bestowed upon it's user....

   AppleSauce knew he needed to show his friends in arms this beautiful weaponry. He immediately requested the presence of Froyo the mightiest wizard in the land, and Murdertron, Calradia's premiere murderer. In no time at all they arrived, eager to see this mythical weapon. AppleSauce, Murder, Froyo, and Lord Mauler all gathered in a circle and took in the jaw-dropping sight of the flame-kissed sword. They all took turns practicing with the weapon, just seeing how it felt in one's hands.

   After everyone had their fill of gazing upon the sword and testing how it played in one's own hands, AppleSauce decided he was worn out and wished to head home. So of course, he grabbed his trusty donkey, and rode off into the sunset, with the glorious sword, not too different from the sun itself, in his hand.

I got to use it in NA for one round after some begging. I was surrounded and team-wounded by a couple people so I spent the entire time running away from my own teammates...

Yeah I was wondering the same thing. You really don't ever have to block with the proper attack timing and footwork. But it does glance a LOT. I was using a +3 one with 7 PS, 156 wpf in 2h, and good footwork. And I still glanced 3/4 hits on medium/heavy armor.
