unban... i guess? please help

so yeah i was playing yesterday using one of my alts i had created for me and my friend to start from zero, all went well, i had no warnings and i wasnt kicked, only thing i acted maybe a bit unmature was when i was playing archer on eu 2 and a dude started kicking me( as ingame) for like 10 min straigth an after a while i got pissed and shot hi 3 times with my bow, so yeah, what can i do to play again, is this only a 24h ban, i dont understand anything... =/

oh man thath... i dont even... this is some fed up gaming climate her on crpg.
no srsly i had no clue he tryed to ban me i never read the chat i only shoot at hem cause he kicked me and didnt let me aim.
but i guess i cant do shit now cause i dont have screenshots and everything and im so fuckin inclined to swear rigth now... guess ill just have to wait for the ban to pass

You should be unbanned in about 5 minutes. 

No big deal. Next time just make screenshots instead of attacking him.
