What is the best 1h sword?

I would avoid as they are really no better than the quicker cheaper swords of the same length. Unless you crave the bling or need a powerful swing and stab (spathion) I would steer clear especially if i was a newer player.

unfortunately,  we have no swords  now, all of them - antipeasant shit ... no cut damage, no blades
sad but true: if you want to kill someone, take a steel pick, like evryone do, or  something from blunts... warhammer

Short sword is a very fun weapon to use when you have 7ps since the weapon has 103 speed

I think the choice of 1h weapon can also depend on, if you are planning to use it with or without a shield.

Long espada is a badass weapon with a shield, but it is even more badass without a shield. Same applies to all thrust-oriented swords. By not carrying a shield, you are faster than other classes while using a 1 handed weapon. It makes the speed bonus with the thrust attacks better, and it makes the movement better overall. Which is even more important for thrust oriented swords. It looks damn classy too!

I used it for 5 gens and it glances all of the time, as do most swords on heavy armor. Do yourself a favor and grab a pick or blunt wep

With shield? God no... if you're going to use plain item (+0) take military hammer or this new mace, spathovlikon or whatever it's called, you won't be dissapointed

I have been playing for about 4 years maybe longer and if you have not tried this weapon you should it has decent speed good damage and amazing reach! Can be used on a mount with a shield or by itself, And the upkeep is not bad at all
