Yeah, okay. I checked the logs. Czaisz joined the server and immediately kickpolled NoGo, no apparent reason. Banning him for 1 day.

King_Harald banpolled NoGo for no apparent reason, then said "rofl" when it passed. Banning him for 2 days. Not first time I've seen him breaking the rules.
