It seems like a reason was given but it was a poor one (language after SerzMCberz said "sup noob" and then "get fucked more")
4th_RG_Sgt_HmsVictory consider this a warning to use polls properly. A single instance of this type wouldn't IMO be considered an abuse of the chat system or overtly offensive. If he would have continued or singled you out without stopping, then perhaps you'd have a better case.
