I'm even doing it with 1wpf. Its a feature that is not in the spirit of warband at all.
I wonder what spirit this would be tbh
I can think of 2 versions, where in both, nudges can have their place.
Firstly the "srs bsns" aspect where you would argue about realism and game-ballance.
I think that nudges had their place in reality; why would one fighter not use his fists (or legs) to win a fight, if the other one would propably do it to gain advantage while fighting for his life ?
For pvp-game-ballance, its about tweaking the feature until its not a game-breaker ... which is currently being worked on afaik, and i dont think that its impossible to achieve. Its a really new feature , and you will have a hard time to find any new stuff aded to a game that worked perfectly right away.
Btw it also was invented to make pure 1h more attractive, since it was very hard to play , hence it was unballanced in game mechanics. What you are experiancng now is a first curiosity wave of people, that want to try that shit
Secondly the "fn bsns" aspect: Well, i would dare to say, refering to the frequency people are using it, even for just saying hello to their friends sometimes (
) ,that feature is not all that much hated as you claim it to be. People wouldnt use it if it wasnt fun to do right
. It is fun also for the mere fact , that its something "new" to learn get into using it effectively, meaning, that i adds depth to the close combat system.
i suggest u to try to deal with it and not look that negative at it just because its new
