While building is not prohibited by the rules it does appear from the provided screen shots that the construction sites were placed by an attack to block the attacking team's access to the castle. Also, leaving a multitude of unfinished c-sites around isn't building, it's spamming them which is a form of griefing. Since this appears to be a first offense I'm issuing Lau a warning.
