Dummy Strat battle

As I experienced there are more people willing to participate in strat battles than slots available, i was wondering if it is possible to set up some strat sieges which are not related to the strategus world.
What i mean is have once or twice a day a random strat-siege-map on EU3. give each side random but equal armory and weapons and enough material for siegetowers, ladders, catapults, etc,. give each side 1000 (or what number ever makes sence) tickets and let the fun beginn.
This would be a great oportunity for noobs (like me) to get used to the siege equipment and even pros can train.
The icing on that cake would be a TS-chanel for both sides.
Because as is now it is quite difficult for noobs and not-clanmembers to participate in the peak of c-rpg evolution.

For sure there would be TS which would provide Slots for 50 Players on each side.
Maybe not every day, but I would suggest at least once a week and maybe 2 on the Weekend.

Only if the xp gain is not that high like in normal strat battles but more like perma x1,5 or so.
Like that it won't be just abused to grind and the focus would be on fighting for fun.

So you are saying normal strat battles are only abused for grinding?
Why do you want to give less xp to new players than to old always invited clanmembers.
