Actually, It was after a map poll had just been accepted. Therefor it was at the end of the round, and as I understand it team-killing at the end of the round is allowed. In any event I apologize if I hurt your feelings snoop.

No intentional teamwounding/teamkilling during a round (teamkilling friends after a round ends is allowed, teamkilling random people is not)

I am going to just give you a warning: Don't teamkill random people at the end of the round.
