Arrows are going through targets, bodies, heads, shields, etc.  about 30% of the time I'd say.

Hhm - I thought I'm too stupid to shot since patch .221 ...

Experienced the same on EU-servers, mainly EU4 without being able to tell how often.
"This is a point black must-be headshot on an unaware target" - huh ? Where did it go - crushbangouch (that was me being beaten)

Tested this a few days ago witha  clanmate adn at point blank range shooting into the chest it went through his body 3 times without hitting him.  So I shot him in the enck and it finally connected.  Seems to be mostly mid-section thats not registering hits.

I can confirm this. I am experiencing horrible hit registration after the patch, both for my targets and for me getting shot.

I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.
The terror of my reign will live on in infamy, singing when they die like a dead man's symphony.

I'll have to stop playing till this is fixed, it's just too frustrating.  Shooting through an enemy point blank, having the arrow go through the enemy and kill a teammate only to get cut down by said enemy...
