Hello,

I recently purchased a yumi rank 1 bow from the marketplace.   I had that and normal yumi in my inventory to which I made sure I had selected the rank 1 bow to ensure I loomed that.   I had clicked on the heirloom item button, entered the password, and I ended up somehow looming my normal one in my inventory.   Who would I need to message to talk about seeing if I can get my loom pt back so I can re-loom the bow???    Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.    Thank you!
