basically a copy of the zombie mode from COD.
Difference being once the peasant punchs you, you start loosing 1hp per second.
In the centre of each map their is cross in a fountain. If you jump in the fountain the effects of the plague are removed and once every 5 rounds for 20 seconds the fountain turns red and pumps out wine which replenish your hp at 1 per second after you jump in it.

You could also add headless plated warriors as the devil dog replacement.
