Anti-Betreyal Security

Hello Everybody.
I just thought, that there should be smoething like King's Permission.

I mean, when one clan member betrays, sells a fief and all this stuff, well I agree that it is the part of the game!

BUT!

This is a game and a game should be fair. In real life guy like this would get infamy that everybody would now that he's a snake nad so.
In Strategus a guy like this can simply delete he's hero and then start all over again. I think that's a little bit too easy.
I mean we all know that there are thieves, but we do not make it easier for them to steal something!

I say, that there should be something like an option for the King (faction's leader(s)), that he must agree when somebody want to transfer/sell a fief in his faction.
Like an button in the pannel if he agree or not. That would make betrays much harder to succed.
Of course the leadder(s) would have option to grant somebody ability to make his own decision, so there still would be a chance for betray, but now the faction won't need to rely only on trust to their lord.

What do You think?

Sorry for my grammar, I'm still learning this language

No i think the fief owner should be able to do what they please with their territory, it adds an interesting layer to the game and means that factions have to be wary about who they trust.  Giving fiefs on your borders to untrustworthy men should be punished.

I dunno then, let's then do something to allow people to recognize a person from the past.
It can't be just like the guy disappears and comes back with other char and no one is able to know this.

Surely it happened in real history, but men who did it had their faces, personality. People knew who they were.

Well that's all part of the game though isnt it.  You shouldn't trust someone whos past you don't know nor give a feif to a completely new guy who is a stranger to you.

It is in the hands of the faction leader to ensure their lords do not betray them, not the game.

Well I don't know, it still sounds too easy for me.
It's not only about this not to happens.
It's also about punishment for the guy who did it.

Well, deleting your main sounds a bit weird. Strat gives really good exp, so you'll most like retire with your main a lot. And if you delete your main you'll lose that sweet gen bonus.
+ many clans have at least some kind of a blacklist of players, official or not.

Why not call a local, bigger clan to support you in returning that fief back into your possession?

Well, am just small guy in C-RPG, my idea came when I was thinking about situations like this.

You know guys, I think that the ID linked to your C-RPG account (not character) wouldn't hurt anybody.
You could then simply check ID of the player if he is on one of the blacklists.
There are guys more interested in items in C-RPG than generations and exp, that have no problem with deleting  their char.

I don't quite understand You saying that it is good as it is and we don't need to do anything about it.
For me it's just not a good idea to make it easier for somebody to do things like this.

I still don't see what your problem is :D

If you're too fucking stupid to get fooled and give away crpg looms/gold for a strat village, then you deserve it  8-)

+ in real life a Lord saying that "John Smith is a criminal!" doesn't really change a fuck about John Smith. He simply moves away to another town and starts calling himself Gordon Freeman! There were no identity papers or anything 600 years ago :D

No way...this is part of strategus.  Don't give fiefs/armor/goods/troops to people you don't trust.

Yea but there incidentaly comes a guy who see this bastard and screams "That Gordon Freeman is really John Smith!" and the guy is fucked again.
They could move to the other city, other planet, but they had same face and all the shit.

As I said that wouldn't really hurt anybody, making something like this ID but maybe it would save some really bad moments for some guys.

It's not always like you expect to be betraid or you can predict it.

I think that I said enough and my point is preatty simple. Just give people better chance to protect from things like this and make the infamy more "sticky" to the guy who do something shitty.

That's all from me, thanks lads for your attention :)

What you said is actually possible, and that is called forum. You can discuss it in here and people will know, if they are trying to know.
