Despite your oh so polite post I will try to help here.
You are not banned on NA currently on either of your characters. You are either globally banned or you are poll banned from one of the servers. If you are poll banned, your ban will expire within an hour from the poll. If you are globally banned (check to see if you can join EU that will tell you) , you will need to post in the global unban section and/or contact the devs in IRC.
Also next time you post accusations and generally be shitty in an unban request you are likely not going to get a response as quick as this one.
