There are players that made maps, marking all +3 items in all fiefs on EU (east + west) including the tax rate and discounts.

I'm not sure who made those maps, and i don't have/ use one, since i got all i need in my own fiefs.

I think ODHarry (soa/ former soa) had something like this.
