Khergit Elite Armor bug?

Really weird...

I bought the Khergit Elite Armor and its saying it requiers 13 Strength.
But when it's damaged i requiers 14 Strength.
After the repair it is back to 13 Strength.

Is this a bug or something?

Woah, the crude stuff actually shows weight! Maybe the extra STR requirement is the strength required to bear the shame of wearing crude armor.
