It's not that a double xp Sunday is suddenly going to make a lot of players lvl 35 and 36 either. It's also not a very aboozable for the XP farmers. I'd think they have other methods.

It would be a nice idea to bring back players, but for the wrong reasons. Some would come because the servers would be fuller, but a lot just for the xp.
I for one prefer smaller battlefields, and this would make me play much less on Sundays.
And strat battles should imo not be affected, since otherwise they would be mostly condensed around that day.

Also, iirc this has been suggested every single time a double xp event happened, and it has never happened. Part of the reason could be that they are rare, and thus treasured, and making them regular would take away a lot from them imo.

I would not like it, a lot of the playerbase would, but I doubt it would ever happen.

Oh yeah, this is true. I barely play anymore but if there are 200 players I might just hop in, because huge battles are awesome!

The awesome thing about the double exp was that it brought all the different communities together, therefore imo if it is done it should always only be on one server at a time (couldn't give less of a fuck where), and it shouldn't be done more than once every two weekends.

Seeing as devs are to boring to do this I guess I'm gonna miss all our Chinese and American (besides Hewsby) buddies

Just curious, what do you consider to be aboozing? There were plenty of players auto running with peasant gear on EU_DOUBLE_XP, I suppose there's not much that can be done about that
