I wish we had a Turkish restaurant in my city!
Prepare with an ample supply of air fresheners.
Regarding Goulash:
As a Hungarian living in Sweden I absolutely abhor how they call it "Ungersk gulasch" when it is by far not even close to resemble true Hungarian goulash. Hungarian goulash is more of a stew, with smoked swine meat, root vegetables and Hungarian dumplings. A true goulash is determined by the ingredients and the preparation.
What many of Europeans experience when they eat Goulash is more of an adaptation of goulash, and is more often a soup than a stew.
I truly recommend you try real goulash in Hungary.
