Make voulge balanced

I tried it this morning, it's a nice looking weapon with nice stats, but the unbalanced ruin it.

- very slow, short and unbalanced

poleaxes are faster, do more damage, are balanced , are longer...

For diversity, and heirloomed voulges, i ask you to remove the unbalanced !

It would be more sensible to make similar polearms unbalanced.

In my opinion those weapons should be unbalanced :

-All greatswords, Nodachi, miaodao,dadao
-All poleaxes, great long axe and glaive, maybe long bardiche

but not voulge...
