Good news bros, today i said fuck the tendon im gonna see where i stand with deadlifts. Went 60, 80, 100, 120 kg. Didnt want to overdo it at the 1st try so i stopped there. Best thing is that a good deal of my fear of injury went away today. We will see if i can stand tommorow when the muscle cools  :D
