Can't ban him for some reason. Perhaps one of his other chars is already banned.

Edit: I am again very suspicious considering your other ban requests...

I 've already saw him saying insults toward homosexual people, french people, and other things ... He's a mindless player and I saw him killing the virgin and killing new players because he accused them to leech ...
