i was playing at eu2 and shoot a ballista, when the first guy attacked me  with his pick.
Then the second one came and hitted me with his sword, then they started to kick me as you'll see in the screens.

2-3 dickheads tried to use ballista only themselves and simply sabotaged me using from using it properly today. Which one was you?

It's more like we used the ballista and you spawned, came and hitted me.

EDIT: The pic in where you kick me obvious looks like using the ballista.

Look, the number of "ballista fights" that keep popping up is rather ridiculous, it's just a case of acting like adults to avoid it. If someone is using it, then leave them to it, if you want to use it, just ask, if you're sworn at or something then just leave it be, the bloke is a twat, simple as that.

By all means report attackers but from the apology I assume Ronin knows he did wrong and will act differently in this situation if it presents itself again!
