Strategus bug on website

A friend of mine is having a problem where, he applies for a battle and the battle slot does not turn yellow. When he is accepted for them it does not turn green or tell him "You have been accepted..." I have to look on the roster and tell him if he is or not.  Also he is unable to retract an accepted app. because it just shows him the normal application window (with both factions' check boxes)

It might be that he doesn't have a Strategus character? IDK for sure, but when I click his name on the roster nothing comes up. He's not listed as "No Faction" or anything. If he doesn't have one, have him "Join Strategus as a Hero" and see if that do werk thing GOAAAP.
