Account recovery

I had an old account on a different computer using the same key, how can I recover the name of the account?

If you installed the game with the same serial key join EU_1 and press the keys Q M P S. It will tell you your account name and a new password. I forgot my password

I have created a character to do that with but every time I try to login the site says "invalid login" and it wont let me create an account on the site with the password the server gave me. I've tried with around 10 different characters now, that's why I'm here.
