Awful gear bugs in strat

This isnt the first one but...
http://c-rpg.net/index.php?page=battlesparticipated#!?page=battledetail&id=3266
about 90% of our gear didnt show up. we had only our cav robes and none of our plate, we didnt have our medium ladders, we had no shield and hardly any weapons.

I have screenshots of what strat said we had and another bunch of screenshots that show most of what we had in battle so if any dev actually wants to look into this and that information would help, then contact me and i can host the screenshots.

p.s. im not asking for any action besides trying to prevent this bug from occuring more in the future; its showed up in other battles and caused even worse problems.

So beautiful.  So sad our mercs didn't get a chance to use those so we only got a 1:1 k/d :(

49-67 body armor gear sets. Strat is lame as fuck. I'd like to point that out as a separate issue based on this image.

you musta missed the fight. the only armour we got was our cav robes and 500 o those, so most of us were naked the whole fight up against transitional and later lamellar.

No, I caught some of it in spectator. It was pretty refreshing to see light armor (see naked or only gloves) being used for once, as usually I'm the only one wearing that suit. Though, given the choice, I bet most of your mercs would wear the 49 body armor "light" set.

yes given the opp i will gladly use the gear our traders earn from the slow runs around the map.

I think considering what we had to work with we did pretty well
500 cav robes total chest for whole fight
no hats
500 or so boots
gloves for everyone!
no shields
100 fighting axes total 1 handers
decent amount of 2 handers and poles and ranged

thank god we had large ladders and const material and sites showed.

We actually do quite well as a faction in light gear.  However, when you are taking arrows to the face in sieges, the heavy armor pays off. Plus, the heavy armor creates more experience.  And, in general, its easier for us to get gold than troops, so we can make the armor count more.

But we did only get to use the Cav robes in this battle, and plenty of us spawned naked and even unarmed in order to save what we could and as a team we managed to go even while attacking.

This seemed to affect different people as well. I'd be interested in some kind of poll. I was fighting for hospitaller and had no access to any of the gear except for the lamelarr and 1 kind of helmet. Do you guys think that wse2 played a part in who had access to what?

It seems possible if not probable. I know there was some map bug on NA1 early this morning and the only people affected by it were those who were not using WSE2.

I've said it before and I'll say it again.  Force the use of WSE2, but tweak the default settings so less users have problems.  WSE2 is the future.

I believe this has to do with a database issue unrelated to WSE.

It can be fixed by a simple reset of the server, but unfortunately only rarely are the important people who can do so available to reset it.

I think this bug is an intended feature to keep NA from using anything heavy or costy.

Seriously it would have been the first time I wore plate in a NA battle  :D  too bad it bugged off

The surprising thing about this battle was that only 1176 FCC troops were killed, while 1125 Hospi troops were killed. Amazing how FCC was able to maintain a 1:1 ratio. Special thanks to all naked spawners, engineers, and weapon runners. If it was not for you guys, the fight would have been lost.
