Horizontal Bars flashing across screen [fixed]

I've just started trying WSE2 and I seem to get light-blue horizontal bars flickering across my screen. I have tried tinkering with my graphics settings in-game to no avail. Please let me know if you need any more information from me or if this issue has already been solved. Thanks!

They do not appear in screenshots. Also they do not appear while in window mode.

edit: some further testing - they never appear while looking at the sky. The bars are the same sky-blue color but don't appear at all while looking up a few degrees past parallel to the ground

Can you paste here the contents of crpg_beta_log.txt (in your Warband directory)?

Ugh, AMD switchable graphics.

First of all, you should try to update drivers for both cards. You can find the latest versions here:
Intel
AMD

If the problem persists paste me the log after the driver update.
