When reading the armor specs, the more accuracy an armor has, the less accurate your ranged weapon will be?

It's a bug, don't worry. It has nothing to do with accuracy.

I have noticed that the heavier armor I wear, the less accurate my bow is. It would be nice to have some indication on what the penalty is for each armor.

It's just more weight you have the less accurate you'll be. Head armor subtracts the most WPF though.
