Throwing knives/daggers in melee

Thats the problem... there is no model for a trowing knife thats flipped over... If you think its so easy pls make the model for it and post it here ;)

I'm a trained 3D artist and qualified games designer... I could, easily. The point is you don't have to as the model already exists, the orientation of the model isn't an issue.

Btw its not my problem xD I was simply explaining what someone else meant.

i'd really like to have melee mode throwing daggers - actually i was always asking myself why its not been asked for long time ago =x
actually what i think is the missing step is to annoy devs  to make it happen ;D just my 2 cents =P

It is possible with 4-pointed star, but with 6-blades it could not be done.

You can easily slash with a throwing star, there's a hole in the middle you could easily put a finger or two down to hold it with. Once you have a hold of it, it's not hard to go for a slashing motion over the throat. Suffice to say, historically it was done, therefore your nay-saying is rather pointless.
