reason: opening gate as defender (twice but no proof) and leeching

3) _the_phoenix_

reason: multiple tk's at spawn because apparently he wanted to duel the archer in the other team. He tk'ed me a full map and the first round of another one. after that i was in the other team. Thats just fucking great...
this was his reason for the tks ("no tk is duel looser") dont know what the fuck it means but i guess he meant that if i dont let him duel, he tks me. wich is perfectly allowed according the rules, right?:

I can confirm that bigsmellywilly opened the gate yesterday twice as defender.
He got kickpolled the first time but came back and just did it again.

Further he was griefing and leeching during other rounds, such as kicking reloading xbowers (me ;-)) and jumping to death of the walls.

This one wasn't intentional, since you were in melee with me at the time and he apologised afterwards.

Let's not add more "evidence" when it's out of context.

yeah, he shoots 'accidentally' into a melee where i am fighting and just doesnt care when he tk's me like the rounds before. after the round he says 'sry for tk'. bullshit.

even the not so clever offenders got to the point to apologise after they intentionally th/tked someone ;-)

I'd like to add that BigSmellyWilly was leeching on EU1 too. At least one whole map, he kept spawning w/o ever moving.
Don't have any screens. We figured it out pretty early, so someone always went there and killed him off.
