(click to show/hide)Well we already have Roman style sword (Spathion) and Board Shield and Greek style helmet (Barbutte). I was thinking about this the other day, we have Nordic Swords and rapier-style Espadas, i can assure you we are dealing with vastly different historical periods. Some of those 1handed swords are contemporary with muskets, so let's not get too sniffy about the idea of getting armour from a marginally earlier period, especially when we already have some gear from the era. So what's not to like?Viking/Saxon are contemporary with Late Roman Empire. Ancient Greece is pushing it, but i wouldn't judge if they brought it in. Hell, if they made a onehanded Bronze Sword i'd use it xD even if it had justifiably shitty stats.
(click to show/hide)Well the roman empire fell 1453 AD (the East side) West fell 476 AD, but as you said shouldn't there be Roman Armor then? They had territory in 453 years during the timeline you described.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roman_Empire
I've never played a server where people split up as much or as often as on EU1. No wonder range is having a field day.
Add Gladiators armors!! we all ready have asian ninja and samurai gear!!
You guys forgot to mention the skin factor. History aside, Everyone knows that armours that show skin just don't work in M&B, hence there isn't any on crpg, nor will there ever be.visitors can't see pics , please register or login
