jakuchrs ban request

this guy was naked leeching for whole maps then i only got 1 screenshot before he left  but it should be anough for banning him for leeching

oh ok, i found him doing the same again, but obviously no database crash. he was running around on eu1 like this and refused to take a weapon:

he played like that during 2 or 3 hours ... and was not a database problem.
