Welp, same advice as always: find him on IRC.

You can also try to PM him in the forums, although he usually ignores these.

I've tried PM's (You're right he doesn't respond), but I've also tried IRC (He doesn't respond to me in that either). If he's denying my request or something I'd like at least a "No.".. but he doesn't say anything!  :|
