Ball doesn't bounce and kicking is acting like the platform on the Ira Pila map.

It's a known bug, a server update is needed to fix it. Don't really have an ETA though.

Cmp has to update wse on that server. Highlight him on irc on a regular basis. Then he'll either fix it or ban you. Win-win situation.
