Only way you are going to get unbanned is to complete an essay, if you take it seriously and actually attempt it. Then your likely hood of being unbanned is very high. I'll provide you with a topic:

After you complete the essay, place it in the correct place. If you need help with the format or whatever you can look at other peoples essays and get a general idea of what to shoot for.
