Round Cav Shield-Whine Thread

Why the heck did you nerf the speed rating of the round cav shield...........nearly no one uses it and it breaks so easily.....reason for question....i heir-loomed it 2 times now, so yes this is the reason for my complaint. Its purpose has no been completely nullified even though it is clearly not a an OP shield........also, you made a once 2nd tier OP shield surpass the huscarl OP. The knightly heater now has 33 armor....I am confused as to why they did the shield balancing with a busted up low tier shield that no one uses.

The nerfing of heirlooms really hit shields hard. My 1x heirloomed heavy round used to be ALMOST as good as a base level Huscarl. Now I'd need to masterwork it to be at the same level as a huscarl. The patch made shield diversity even worse than it was before as there really are only a couple viable choices. Makes me sad.
