this guy was leeching on the HRE (DTV) server.

I told him to re-spawn with a weapon, he did not, I kick polled him, he got kicked, and just came back without a weapon again, kept leeching.

Every time I've seen Kafacox, he has always spawned without a weapon and has leeched most of the time.
