There is nothing that makes this appear intentional. You didn't even report the teamwounds, it looks like it was in the heat of battle based on the killing that was going on. You even tell him he hit you twice, making it sound like he wasn't aware and you were informing him.
And later he apologized for his TK of Hammer_Face, who incidentally didn't report him in-game.
