I actually thought about having the ground gradient increase reticule size, but dunno if cmp cba or if it is even possible.

It would make sense. Standing on flat land gives you better balance. Would this also apply for HA, btw?

If it doesnt apply on angled buildings ignore me. otherwise shooting from stairs,  roofs etc would be disadvantageous,  as well as attackers using hills.

Well, I'm all for making elevation be more important for damage. You shooting at someone atop a wall when you are at the bottom, you should do less damage. But if the higher elevation is a hill, you also lose accuracy for the extra damage. Buff walls!
