I heard from people in game as well as forum saying double exp is now permanent. Appear on site but not in game.

when was this enabled?

Its not said yet that double xp will stay, but it looks like that, because its there since more then half a year...

I don't believe it. I seem to level the same now as I did a year ago and tahts with 16 gen bonus and supposed double xp.
