I try  to change  my  nicknames on my  alt  heroes 3 times but no result for now...  I have plaid for  all times...
since  3 weeks i do that.

you can only change your name if you change a tag or a typo. If you are changing your tag, but at the same time trying to change your name, it wont be accepted
