I'm not one to post these types of threads... but this guy is an idiot and should be punished.

I'm doing nothing, and this guy I don't even know starts team-wounding me in spawn repeatedly, then calls me a my old friend in subsequent rounds.

Host them on a website (like tinypic) right click the image, "view image info" copy the "location".  Come to the forums, and paste the link, highlight it, and then click the bottom left button above the text box (for insert image).  ?  Profit.

It's clear there are no enemies around you  35 seconds into the round and he's the only one with an inexplicably low score.
If someone is being offensive and/or abusive towards you in chat, let an admin know in 'i' chat and we can always mute him to get the message across.
Can't ever stress using 'i' chat enough!

This is his first offense and he appears to be new to the game, but a -20 score with a new player is difficult to achieve without really trying for it.
Issuing a 12 hour ban and locking.
