Never had this issue outside of WSE2, this isn't the standard issue of banners not being there, every time I join a server it takes up to a minute for banners to appear, I've TKd a few guys and almost TKd people thinking they're enemy cav trying to spawnrape, this is beginning to be an issue, any way to solve it?
