Option to choose Direct X version

For people using low end cpu's/laptops, add in the option to use multiple Direct X types. I'm fine with it how it is, but I noticed the option wasn't included. If I ever go on a trip and bring my laptop, it would be unable to run the program within reasonable play-ability standards.


Is that available to be added in? If anyone else has any input or share the same thought, let's hear the input.

This thread brings up some valid points. People cannot play with the direct x version 9, but play normally on direct x7. See the thread for input etc. etc...

You can't. The WSE2 client does not support DirectX 7.

I like this launcher a lot with all the options available. Yet I love dx7, even though I can run dx9 max settings no problem but dx7 seems more stable. I think this laucher thingy was made specifically for dx9 after looking at the option menu, so maybe it can never happen.
