Pole: Fauchard - Longest reach for a sheathable 4-dir. Repairs are pretty low. Faster and longer than military scythe, but less damage.
2H: Don't I use 2 hands with poles?
1H: Hopliting it up with a light lance. I'm using it 1-handed, that counts, right?

2h: Heavy Bastard Sword
1h: Military cleaver. In second place, in a close tie, italian sword, iberian mace.
Bow: Horn bow. Fast, accurate, and allows for hybrids.
Shield: Knightly kite shield. In second place Heavy Round Shield
Throwing: War Darts
