Can someone give me a link to a guide for strategus?

one that starts from the very beginning? It looks like the single player mode of the stock mount and blade warband, but different, i don't really get it.
And, its multiplayer, so im a little afraid to randomly do things i already accidentally attacked BIRD clan.
