Trouble creating game account

I'm trying to follow the instructions. I go through the account wizard, check availability enter name, make new profile, join game, copy password and quit round, enter pin into wizard, and.."Character already linked to an account, use the "I forgot my password" link.

Can someone see where I'm going wrong here?

Would just like to add that I've also tried the method suggested in the "Getting Started Guide"

NEXT STEP: ACCOUNT CREATION Note: Read red text only if you only need password recovery
1. Launch cRPG using the LAUNCHER and create a new profile in the game with desired name
2. Join a server and  REMEMBER your 4 digit code that you will see on the screen (for example 5920). If you miss the code, press key L and scroll up until you see it. 
If you do not recieve code, press Q M P while on server (q is default Quest key)
3. Quit game and go to http://c-rpg.net/ to login with GAME PROFILE name and type in the code as password.

I get an "Invalid Login" error when trying this.

Did you try another name yet?

Could be that this one you used is already being used.

Sure, you checked avaibility, but can still be.

T_T Thank you, but It doesn't work.

I was build a new character in game, using a complicated  name: 2012laosan1119 ,then got a  new password in EU1NEW server.

But when I try to login, it still "Invalid Login".

Go through the steps in "I forgot my password". The error message means that you (or someone else using the same serial key) already set up an account. Doing the password recovery it will also tell you the account name which was used.
