Daemian spawned without a weapon many rounds. After a mapchange, i made screenshots in different rounds. I said him, he should spawn with a weapon ... without would be leeching. But he never did it.

Then he gets a depot...he spawned without a weapon and took one of this depot.

He is a new player, level 22, probably doesn't quite understand everything that is going on.

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt this time around, but if he does something similar again, then I'll take further action.
